Account Deletion and Abuse Prevention
To prevent abuse and ensure user safety, any request for account deletion is subject to a processing delay of up to 7 days. This delay allows us to verify and validate the request in accordance with our security procedures.

10.1 – For the purpose of booking their transport ticket and making payment, the User expressly and unreservedly agrees to transmit the following personal data via the Website: full name, email address, mobile phone number, and bank details. The User agrees that this data is accurate and substantiates their identity (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”).
All Personal Data is protected in accordance with applicable regulations and will be processed exclusively within the framework of the Website. To this end, the User expressly agrees that the Data Controller may transmit the Personal Data to the Carrier in charge of the User’s booked trip, as well as to the online payment service and financial institutions involved in the commercial transaction, in order to carry out the booked transport and the corresponding financial transaction.
To ensure compliance with data protection laws, the Data Controller has made the necessary prior declarations to the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP), registered under number N°:D-GC-1395/2025
All personal data of each User is stored under optimal security and confidentiality conditions by the Data Controller’s technical teams.

To exercise this right, the User can directly access their personal account and/or submit a request to the technical department by visiting the markoub.ma® Website.
10.3 – The User may also authorize the Data Controller to send promotional offers by email, offered by the Carriers, by expressly and unequivocally checking the box [I have read and accept the general terms of sale]. The User may also opt out of receiving these promotional offers at any time by sending a message to the following address: [markoub.ma/contact].
10.4 – The User acknowledges being informed and agrees that the Data Controller will retain their Personal Data for the duration necessary to complete the booked trip and related financial transaction, as well as for the duration their account remains open, if applicable.
