How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your account, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings: Open the app and navigate to the Settings page.
- Submit a Deletion Request: In the Account section, select Delete My Account and provide a reason for your request.
- Review Process: Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and mark your account as deleted.
- Final Deletion: Your account data will be permanently removed from our database after [3 months] in accordance with our retention policy.
Data Retention Policy
- Once your account is marked for deletion, it will no longer be accessible.
- Some data may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal and security requirements.
- After the retention period, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
