Tickets booked through marKoub.ma are intended for passenger travel and standard personal luggage.

Exceptional, oversized luggage or items considered as goods (large parcels, equipment, bulky items, etc.) are not handled as part of a booking made through marKoub.ma.

For this type of shipment, please contact directly:

• the bus company’s parcel or delivery service, when available;
• or the bus company directly to check the applicable transport conditions, fees, and handling arrangements.

Please note: marKoub.ma cannot confirm or guarantee that exceptional luggage will be accepted on board. Acceptance is determined directly by the bus company.
